i see 0 instead of 1

error:
BTN_HANDY_17.0-30.0_BB: A pre flop effective stack size was set but no note recipient action was filtered so it cannot be established

You need to set some action that the recipient has to do: like raise, call... NOT FOLD is not going to work for effective stack

i deleted that note, created it once more from scratch - but still i am unable to see it in Test enviroment.

i changed it to raise:

What result i see:

But i see only 1 hand from the note i made update as for "raise".

what i want to see?

I want to count each hand for BTN on that Effective stack.

In that example: i want to see 2 hands on BTN 17-30 ef in that situations.
I do not want to only count hands when this player made a raise.

Then you need sequences to cover each possible action. NoteCaddy requires some action filtered which had to happen (affirmatively) for effective stack filter to function

Can i do it in one note??
For example BTN raise or calls or folds??

There is the list on the left with "sequences". If you make one for raise and one for fold then it works as long as one is valid. You can make more than one sequence for that list. You can make as many as you want. That includes for "fold", "3bet", "call". Only one must be valid
