Does Notecaddy Have An API Similary to HEM2? (Or Can I Do This...?)

I have Alan Jackson's Notecaddy package.

Can I access Notecaddy through an API?

If not, can I view Notecaddy stats and graphs in a way other than overlaying on a table. Or can I "trick" Notecaddy into overlaying those stats/graphs onto a window that I custom program?
