    Default 2.0.0.8364 Beta Release Thread - Windows 10, FTP and Ipoker Beta support

    This is a beta release for 2.0.0.8364.

    The purpose of this release is to allow users to get early access to fixes and provide feedback as it would be impossible for our internal team to cover due to the huge amount of different possible PC environments out there. We do recommend you use a new database as a precaution.

    Even though we rarely see anything that serious in these betas, and they have gone through some internal testing, they have not completed all our internal tests yet and the chances of a bug are higher than normal.

    You can manually download the build here, if you have any issues you can rollback to the last stable version here.

    Windows 10 users:
    Microsoft introduced some bugs with Windows 10 release that they are aware of and are trying to resolve. If you are experiencing any issues inside HM2 with switching between reports and are using one of the following regional settings: Finnish, Norwegian or Serbian, please change the setting to English (US). We are monitoring the issue and will make more changes for proper regional support once Microsoft addresses these issues.
    NoteCaddy users:
    HM2 will automatically create popup backups during Coaching package import. To improve performance, please regularly remove unnecessary popup backups.

    HUD won't still work with Party Poker tables when table name contains ´ ' ¨ or something like that. You need to stop hud and start hud to get stats working.

    Are these mostly HU cashgame tables? Or another specific type of tables where you encounter this issue?

    Updated beta with Full Tilt Rush 6Max tournament support (Beta - please leave feedback) and Notecaddy Coaching Packages import improvements.

    Note for Notecaddy coaching packages users:

    Hey, thanks for fixing the Rush 6 max which works now. Then I started to play the Double Rush at 14.30 (9max) and was also working fine. Then I started to play the Rush 1500 guarantee (9max) at 16.30 and at the beginning it was working perfectly, but after 5 minutes or so that one only started to show 3-4 hands. It is importing hands thoughnow 9max is not working.png

    The fact that it was working for 5 minutes first gives me the impression that this might be solved just by settings. Let's hope so.

    Does it help if you restart HM2? Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the poker Client. If you closed the poker client for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start the client again.

    If none of that helps:

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    I have restarted and run with administrator rights (like always). That did not do the trick.

    I changed back to the old version, because 9 max Rush is more important for me. So I dont know how much sending logs will help.

    The strange thing is that with the new beta version, it was working perfect with the Double Rush, and for the beginning of the 1500 guarantee as well. Isnt that strange?

    Without seeing the log files, we cannot see what was happening.

    Hi laurens, thank you for reporting the issue.

    Can you tell us did you play multiple tournaments at the same time when problem occurred, or just a single tournament? That will help us with reproducing the problem. Did anything change when problem occurred, like new table opened or another one closed?
