I'm on betfair and using HM2. My problem is that while the hud is correctly displayed, i cannot find any hand in my hh of hm2. Same for active session which does not display any hand.
What's wrong ?

Please make sure that it is set up correctly. They may be saving them in c:\poker, c:\programfiles\betfair or in the appdata\local folder.
You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it - Login to Holdem Manager - look for the 'HUD is not working' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.

Well it seems i did everything correctly.
But...
There is nothing like:
C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\P5\handhistor y
Or
C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\P5JavaClientSettings\
or
C:\poker\
Everthing seems to be saved under:
C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Betfair Poker
including the .exe file.
I set the time correctly, the "save hh locally" is correctly set as well.
I did everything right i think.
Yes, Ipoker is doing that sometimes. Betfair is on Ipoker, not Ongame. Ongame is the only one that saves in p5.
