Missing images of badges
Hello,
When opening NoteCaddy I get a message "Some of your color definitions have badges that use images that have been moved or deleted. The names of the color definitions are ..." and there is a large list with color definitions like for example: 3BP-1&DONE-IP(CalledOnFlop)-Ace. I have not created my own definitions. I am using the Coaching packs "EDGE" and "PROTOOLS". Where can I find the images and in which folder should I copy them?

This happens for a couple of different reasons:
1) You copied the colordefinitions.xml from a different computer, but your username is different on both PCs, so the path which your colordefinitions.xml is looking for the badge images is not correct. This can be solved by editing your colordefinitions.xml file and using find and replace to change your PC username.
2) Your badge image files weren't transferred over when you transferred your settings. To solve this you can use NoteCaddy / Tools / Download latest NoteCaddy coaching pack files, and open the .zip files, find the .png files and place them in this directory:
C:/Users/"your pc name"/AppData/Roaming/HoldemManager/NoteCaddyBadges (if the folder does not exist you want to create it, but make the folder exactly like this "NoteCaddyBadges").
Another way to resolve it is to install your packages fresh. To do this, get your packages sent to your email by
1) clicking NoteCaddy / Help / Download latest NoteCaddy Coaching Pack Files.
2) In NoteCaddy make inactive and delete your color definitions.
3) Import one .zip file at a time into NoteCaddy / Tools / Import Coaching Packages.

Ok, thanks a lot. Solution 2) worked; created the folder and pasted the .png
I do not recive the latest NoteCaddy coaching pack files to my URL......
Are you sure you checked the same the email that you purchased the package with? And did you check your spam/junk folder?Originally Posted by Simava88
