888 missing hand from hm2 DB

this is another issue with hm2 and 888 im having and here is the plain evidence.

i just played a hand, being vital, and hm2 did not record it. see attached pic where i have 1010.

i located the hand in my file where 888 stores it, luckily i did a screen shot before it was deleted.

for some reason the files were automatically deleted. any idea why?

any ideas what on earth is happeneing and why hm2 is missing hands like this?

I replied to your duplicate email this morning. Please try not to post the same question in multiple support channels to get a faster reply. This causes us to have to respond twice and we usually have different people working different support channels so we end up spending twice the time necessary to help you which delays replies to other customers.
