4Bet COvBN Range is Incorrect?

I have a player with a CO PFR of 17%, and a CO 4B OOP of 31%, which should work to a CO 4B vs BN range of 5.27%. But my NC.HM.4BetRange-COvBN & NC.COvBN.4BRange stats on my HUD's display them at 9 and 100 respectively. These two ranges are incorrect for other players as well.
