Do the other databases show in the database manager?

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide gives a step by step guide:
    http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rt+PostgreSQL+

    A) Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...29#maintenance

    B) If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...onfigs+work%3F

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
    - Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
    - Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

I just bought a new laptop and tried to install holdemmanager 2, using the downloaded file HoldemManager2Setup_8544.
But when about 10% of the install is done (based on green increasing) i get a message:
    Sorry, could not install PostgreSQL.

In details i read a lot but not ok seems to be:
Connection to databse failed : --> could not connect to server: Connection refused(…
Is the server running on host 127.0.0.1 and accepting?
    TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
    <-error

    Hi,

I installed HM2 on my laptop with Windows 10 and after entering my license info, the program crashes during startup.
    This error message is shown:

Check the InnerException property of the exception for more information. If the exception occurred while creating an object in a DI container, you can exception.GetRootException() to help locate the root cause of the problem.

I read somewhere to change the culture, but I don't like that, besides it's an ugly approach, als other things are dependant on my culture settings.

And if I choose to do so, do I need to change the culture everytime before I start HM2?

The cultural settings can cause an issue, especially if they are not set to default.

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:

Now I install HM2 without postegre. Installiation is ok (no message or error until the end)

After installation i have lunch but after 5-6 second run/loading, the application shutdown without message or error.

After read same tutorial on this forum I have turn off any windows security(all disable)
and select run as admin "HoldemManager.exe" , "HudFuncsApp", "TableScannerDllLoader" .
But the same issue is here.
I lunch hm2 as admin and after 5-6second , app is shutdown without message or error or other. Nothing.

    Hi There

I've just downloaded Holdem Manager and installed. I've tried to activate the 30 day free trial and had a confirmation email confirming my registration. However when I try to log in I get the following message:

ERROR: Unable to load DLL 'MvsApiServices_64.dll':The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E).

Do you want to try again?

Each time I try again the same message pops up. Can you help please?
