HM 2 Stat Explaination Please!

Hello,

Can someone please clarify the BB Fold to 4B stats in the attached screenshot.

Who is IP and OOP in these stats?

For example, I read the stat:

"BB Fold to 4Bet OOP" as BB % of folds vs SB 4B. Is this correct? The 4better (SB) is OOP?

In general there can be some confusion with what player is IP or OOP with lots of these stats.

The person folding (BB) is OOP in this example/stat.
