Reading NC popups

I don't quite understand how to read notecaddy popups and have tried to look for an explanation online and in the manual, but can't find anything.

Re example I have attached

three bets OOP {QQ,AQ+)(3), what does the + mean and what does the 3 mean?

on the sixth one down that start [T] floats Pair/Board.... what does 'floats Pair/board' mean? - I get the pair bit but not the board bit. Presume the -8 means he did this 8 times?

on the seventh one, it suggest to me he two barrels IP, 5 times with TP/HK, 5 times with Two Pair and once with a high flush (presume high flush is once as it doesn't have a - followed by a number after it) But to me this is a total of 11 occasions (5+5+1) whereas at the end it says 5/6 occasions? This confuses me!

Any other tips or things I could read on understanding this would be great, thanks
