Hi,
Is live tracking working with PS7 yet? I also use a tiltbuster based theme will it ever work on this? I cant fit my hud on any old stars themes so really hoping i can or will be able to use live tracking ASAP?
What theme do you use?
Please see this FAQ to set up Live Tracking and the Street by street HUD:

And this thread for more tips:

In the Home Ribbon widget - coaching videos, there is also this video by Alan Jackson, that explains some more tips for using the street by street HUD:

The method used for live tracking requires specific (near default) table sizes/fonts and you must use default PS6 themes such as Nova/Black. It will not work on the new PS7 themes like Mercury or custom themes from 3rd party developers.
Is there a plan to get street-by-street HUD working for HM2 on PS7 Mercury theme? This might make it possible for needhelp232 to save table space & make his HUD fonts larger & more readable: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...HUD+to+work%3F
It is written up as a feature request to add support for this new theme in PS7 but there is no ETA for when/if it might be resolved.
Hi sorry to bump an old thread, however i have some new issues. I got a new monitor with better resolution so i can see the tables OK with 4 lines. I followed the street-by-street guide to the T and have 2 problems:
First problem (big problem) I cant get live tracking to work on either black or nova theme, only "classic". This is a big problem because my HUD does not fit on anything but the Nova Theme.
Second thing(not as relivant) I can get live tracking to work on classic, but not caddy clock. The live tracking Line taken works on the classic theme, but the NC.LastActionDelay shows numbers but nothing when i click or hover over it. I have enabled caddyclock in notecaddy and am running notes etc.
TLDR: cant get live tracking/linetaken to work on nova theme, can get it to work on classic.
cant get caddyclock to work at all even in classic w/ line taken working.
Any fixes esp for live tracking in nova theme?
Thanks in advance for the help
What is the resolution of your new monitor and what is your dpi scaling option set to?
I am not sure if we can help with the caddy clock or not so you may have to ask in their forum but if you want to send the following information one of our testers can look at the street by street stuff and see if they can duplicate the caddy clock issue as well.
Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu
Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F
With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.
