error when starting notecaddy (resolved)

I get this message every time I start NoteCaddy. Any idea what is up?

It goes on to say that there will be red boxes in my HUD to let me know about these, but I have never noticed them. Currently, I have a lot of duplicate color definitions (*3BP-1&DONE-IP(CalledOnFlop)-Ace and then also NEW-3BP-1&DONE-IP(CalledOnFlop)-Ace, for example).
