    Default HMC client not running but website says it is

    The HM Cloud HUD is connected, but we haven't received any hands recently.

    one day it works the next it doesn't

    I have run as admin set and pretty sure the hand history is set up right on ACR what gives??

    C:\AmericasCardroom\profiles\player...\HandHistory \player...\

    I don't think i'm smart enough to send screen shots

    the hands import but the HUD doesn't work I don't get it

    What game type is this?

    If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - How do I send a log file to support?

    mostly small stakes omaha and NL on ACR

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    Please see this FAQ for instructions on troubleshooting your HUD problems - Why don't I see the HUD?


    If the steps on that FAQ do not solve your problems, please send the screen shot and log file as instructed in part 2 of the FAQ.
