Delete old definitions, older than 1 month. Using a SSD.

Hello Im using a SSD and the definitions are spending to much space of my SSD, is there anyway to delete the definitions older than 1 month?

No but you can run tools->vacuum database and it will reclaim quite a bit of space. You can also go to file->filters and set a date filter there. You would have to reset notes though for that to take effect

Another question, if I delete some hangs from the HM2 database they definitions and notes will directly be deleted from NC or do I need delete them separately?

Purge won't delete them from NC. You would have to reset notes so that notes are regenerated only for the remaining hands

If you delete the old hands, the notes should remain, until you Reset and reprocess your notes

To do that, you can set your minimum date filter inside of NoteCaddy / File / Filters and Save it. Then you can Reset and reprocess your notes How to reset NoteCaddy notes - Assaultware Wiki.
