    Default Licence question

I have had HEM2 on my home PC and my laptop. I now have a new laptop after my other one bit the dust. Can I just install HEM2 on my new laptop, or is there something I need to clear up first?

    Thanks.

Your HM2 license is valid on two computers that you own. If you receive the message "there are no more activations available", you can reset your code.
For the steps to reset your Holdem Manager code please see this FAQ: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ager#resetCode

If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the HoldemManager.Licensing.log file in the \AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data:

    http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dem+Manager%3F

This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency.
