Notecaddy not taking notes

I don´t get Notecaddy to work, playing Zoom on Pokerstars. After playing 1000+ hands only about 10% of my opp have one or a few notes. For most players the bet/strenght matrix is in order. In the Caddy report window all hands are displayed but no notes are taken. I have not added any definitions but was hoping to start w the preset ones.

This is an excerpt from the log file:

What might be wrong?

That's a very old database version and while every effort is made to ensure people don't have to reset notes due to problems, the vast amount of possible configurations sometimes does make it necessary.
