The $stacksize and $effectivestack variables has some ranges predefined: 1-5bb 20-30bb... is possible modify this ranges?

You can make any range you want. You just need a separate definition for each. In preflop->general there is a filter for big blinds. Then just change that, definition name, file->save new and everybody happy
