HM2 and Prima--HUD stops working

Hi,

HM2 works fine in poker tables until I choose "Active Session" sheet. After that HUD stops working in tables.
In "Active Session" sheet "Session Summary" works okay. Only HUD in poker tables is frozen.
Restarting HM helps until I choose "Active Session" sheet.
Any help?

If the HUD still freezes when you go to the Active Session tab: please sent your full log.txt file, located in the following folder to hm2support@holdemmanager.com:

Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.


The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-8590: Microgaming HUD stops updating after switching to Active Session tab


If anyone with this problem wants to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-8590 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.


For now you will need to avoid using that tab and instead use the Reports > More Reports > Sessions report and/or Date Range filters with other reports.
