Hi, I have the same problem as him, I edit the winnings but when i restart the computer it goes wrong again. Any solution?

Changes not saving can indicate an issue with permissions settings.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Just won a PSKO at Pokerstars.fr for like $350, HM shows $6000. Tourney result is non-editable. I am saving hand and tourney histories and the folders are properly linked in HM. Any solution?

This ticket is still unresolved. I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

All you can do until we resolve it for newly imported hands is to edit the results manually.
