Default PokerStars not autoimporting and HUD not working

I play on PokerStars and FullTilt

I have no problems with FT, auto importing is working perfect and the HUD also.

But on PS, my auto importing is not working and the HUD is starting up at the tables shows the names(zoom) but is not importing information, probably cause the auto importing is not working.

I walked through all these standard settings but it is still not working.

I hope I can get something like a teamviewer session with someon from HM.

    Please help me really frustrating.

Make sure the lobby language of PokerStars is in English.
Double check if PokerStars is actually saving the handhistories: to which folder?
And if that folder is added as an auto import folder.

    Go over: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/bug-...s-showing.html

Test it playing at a regular table (not a Zoom table).
