problem with microgaming 32red hud

for few weeks had no problem but today occured something weird..
hud stats won't refresh till i turn off and back on the hud..then it will refresh for the current moment and stop again..
i removed dat file but nothing.. sometimes it will refresh for 2-3 hands and stop again..
my skin time is GMT and my local time is GMT+2... the files are saved on GMT+2 stamp and the offset at site settings is zero..
the folders for hh detected are
C:\Users\bill\AppData\Roaming\HEM Data\Hands
C:\Microgaming\Poker\32RedMPP
no subfolders

the C:\HM2Archive DOES NOT contain any Microgaming folder

update:
made a default set and things look normal again.. could be the fact that i change the session timeout to 5 mins? suddenly it was like loading hands forever when launching hm2.. after reset back to 30 mins timeout session everything work again...

If you play on Microgaming with their .dat file...
or if you for example play Zoom on PokerStars
(every time you continue playing at the same table, HoldemManager is confused and thinks you are continuing a session)

Therefore it's not recommended to lower the Session Timeout (default 30 minutes).
In fact even at 30 minutes, HoldemManager may not properly track a new session.

If your HUD updates for only 2-3 hands read: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/bug-...s-showing.html (this page is on PokerStars, but the same applies to Microgaming).

It's often the case the live tracking is tracking 2-3 hands, but the actual auto-import isn't working properly.
Double check if Microgaming is properly saving the hands to C:\Microgaming\Poker\32RedMPP.
