Default Easiest way to import your hands from PS Mobile

    Hey,
Im looking for a fast easy and reliable way to import the Hands I played with PokerStars Mobile to Desktop software. Right now I'm doing it by requesting all hands I played in the last day via email and copy the text to a .txt file and import this to hm manager.

It doesn't work 100% because I have to type in tournament results by hand. (Spin and Go 1$)

    Any suggestions?

You have to request the hand histories and tournament summaries both, manually, for any games you play on a mobile device.

To request all your old hands from Pokerstars email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries. They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder and then manually import those files by going to the Importing option in the HM Ribbon menu and choosing import from folders in the manual import section. You may see import errors as some of these hands are probably already imported.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments and repeat the process of importing all the files. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions otherwise they will not import.

You can view this FAQ for more information on importing emailed hand histories:

An text editor in the software were you simply just have to copy and past the text from the e-Mail in would be great. No Files. It would be more easy for those Players who play some hands on their Phone. And with the time of tablet and smartphones these players getting more and more. I would love to see it in one of the next updates.

PokerTracker had a feature where it could scan your .pop email and automatically import handhistories (you requested via email).

However, HoldemManager has no plans to implement such a feature, or implement a text editor.
Can't you just save the emails, and use the 'import from file' on them in HM2?

If the results are incorrect, also request your results from PokerStars.
Their results file is different than a tournament summary (TS) file, but can also be imported. It will update all your winnings (finish position, and winnings) of STT and MTTs.
