    Default TN2 sometimes not performing hotkey action though still moving to next table in cycle

    Hi,

    At an increasingly rate I'm having an issue where when I click an action hotkey, the action does not get performed but focus moves on to the next table anyway. The table where the action is 'misperformed' is then moved to the back of the stack of tables requiring action.

    I'm using TN2 2.4.5.0.

    causes/solutions/additional info required?

    Hi,

    What site is this occurring on? Are you using hotkeys or manually clicking?

    Please go to the help tab and in the debug hotkey section apply a hotkey.

    Then reproduce the issue and when it happens click that debug hotkey then send us your log file go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

    Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

    Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

    Pokerstars. Hotkeys.

    I'll send the requested files and info in the email. I can't reproduce the issue on command though so I pretty much just have to keep the debugger while waiting for it to happen, which will create a long log file.

    Hi,

    Any progress made with the log files? I'm losing significant amounts of money every day because of this issue as it is causing unnecessary timeouts.
