HM2 freezes while playing, maybe Notecaddy related

Hi, since last years update (HM 8264 and NC 2.5.0.6) when i open HM it seems to work fine (replayer or reports) but when started the session some players data wasn´t showing, some stats or definitions or even any data at all. And when i closed HM, i had to close the process through windows task manager to restart. But then, after that first closing whole HM2 freezes. Every try after that first one had the same problem, the program freezes while playing

I created a fresh database, reimported hands and tried again with no success. I rolled back to HM 8262 and 8227, nothing worked again.

I waited for a new Notecaddy version thinking the problem is related to it (my hud has many definitions), yesterday i installed NC 2.5.0.7 and same problem. I play in several sites (stars, party, ipoker, 888, ftp...) and all had the same problem

What can i do? reinstall the whole program? I can provide logs if needed, Thank you

Please try a clean install of HM2. This will preserve your database and backup your HUD and settings.

Step 1 – Restore Default Settings:
First try restoring your default settings, often some settings files can become corrupt and cause these issues:

Step 2 – Uninstall and reinstall HM2 with Revo uninstaller:
Other times critical system files may not have been installed on previous updates and it can also cause these types of errors or in some cases antiviruses may have removed files that it mistook for unsafe. Doing a revo uninstall also removes old registry file information which might have become corrupt. Uninstall Holdem Manager 2 via Revo unistaller and then reinstall this version:

Please add this file to your firewall and antivirus exceptions and run it as Administrator.
