Have the problem with ACR tables that require action not coming forward, sorry can't find the thread or posts.
For whatever reason, it works on my laptop so I changed my table theme and cards to match it on my tower to see if that might work. Now, I'm not getting any hud at all. In top left corner HEM2 says waiting for hands. When I go into site setup I have warning (yellow triangle with an explanation mark) beside Winning poker, all the other sites have green check mark. ????
Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.
Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it - Login to Holdem Manager - look for the 'HUD is not working' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.
I have problems with that feature in their client even when not running HM2, PT4 or HM Cloud so my testing so far has been inconsistent and our other testers have had inconsistent results testing it as well.
