Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.
Run a manual Windows Update and install ALL critical/important updates... and all non-critical .net framework updates and reboot.

I have exactly the same problem with 1.11.06b although my system is 100 % up to date including .NET.
It's WinXP prof with Avira AntiVir and the problem occured the first time after updating to the latest beta.

It says where is the problem ... but support as always copy/paste ready text without reading the problem in the error window it says "Cant load file".
The new addition they added in .06b I will try to revert in .06a now.

Finally I download latest update again and install, to resolve the issue.
