I just downloaded the trial (1:30am 1st Jan 2015 my time) and it's telling me my clock is wrong, which it is not.

    Before you do that:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'Licensing' options and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and email your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Please zip and email the requested file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

Yes, you will need to fix the computer clock time back to where it belongs tomorrow.

Did you see my other post asking for log files? Can you reproduce the problem and send us a log file with feature logging enabled so we can document this to get it fixed for next new year?

Here is the new internal build that we hope will solve this problem - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/8259_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'Licensing' options and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Please zip and email the requested file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

The internal build fixes HM2 problem. But there is still similar problem with TN2 and it works after changing the date to Dec 31st. Is there any error in the server side because of the new date in 2015?
