    Did you install recently and this is your first time updating?

    This usually means that when you first installed the software you used a _update patch instead of a full _setup file.

    Reinstall HM2 from this file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ager2Setup.exe


    After downloading, right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator to complete the reinstall.

    If you continue to have problems:

    Create a backup of your settings by following this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+settings+ONLY


    Uninstall HM2 and then Reinstall HM2 from this file http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

    Then try the beta auto update again or the update link for 8268 in the OP.

    No I did not installed HM recently. Using HM for several months or even longer .....

    Tried your link and it worked so far. Thx.

    Even done all indications above still does not show the HUD in the PokerStars ZOOM mode but in other types is working right.

    I play NL2 and NL5 .

    what should i do?

    I have looked through the guide to get the zoom to run on PokerStars. But it does not work. Hud works perfectly when I run regular table but when I start a zoom it says "waiting for hands " if I run a while and then click on the table finder and the table I play. The Hud appears on each player.. but freezes directly after the hand thath is been playing, is done. i have tested older versions of hm2 and same on pokerstars.. now i run pokerstars 7 and playing 25nl/50nl ????

    We need the pics/logs with feature logging enabled sent via email to help you. Without these logs we can't know what exactly is causing your problems.

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu


    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F


    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    The only ps.es specific issue we have open is this:

    HM-6930: PokerStars.es - Zoom HUD doesnt work on tables with weird characters

    If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6930 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

    I need HM2 version 8268 with Notecaddy version 2.5.1.5
    Is that possible?
    Because I think the latest version of Notecaddy (2.5.1.8 and 2.5.1.9) it's very buggy, and I need the HM2 8268 to fix the freezing bugs for the latest Pokerstars client.
    Your latest version of HM2 8268 force me to upgrade my Notecaddy to 2.5.1.8.

    I have an old version .8247, zoom nl 16 works just fine. pokerstars.com
