    If you do not play Zoom, and experience freezing issues with build 8267
    downgrade to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe (8264) or

    If you do play Zoom: HM2 currently is not working for many stakes (including 6max NL25 Zoom).
    It is working for full ring Zoom (at least on all the low to midstakes I tested).
    This mess started with the second to last PokerStars update (which added NL16 Zoom and apparently changed some code of the other Zoom tables) We're working on a fix.

    It still doesn´t work in some spanish zoom tables WTF!!!

    seriously? we have been telling it for over a year, and you never give a solution, it seems like you don't care about spanish customer, regrettable....

    I am sorry you feel this way. We do value our Spanish customers just as much as any others, but we do prioritize issues based on demand.

    Because we are unable to test or have developers work directly on Spanish poker site, it is much more difficult for us to resolve this issue quickly. I will be talking to developers again about it after we resolve this major issue with PokerStars Zoom tables that is going on right now. You and other Spanish players have been very helpful in getting us the log files so far, for which we are very grateful and hopefully we can find a solution to this problem soon.

    I can understand is more specific only spanish, but for the god shake, this problem persist for over a year!!!!!!!!! and you do not do nothing at all....

    Even though it might not look like we did anything, we did add few different additional logging into HM2 in the past months, as we have been working on it step by step. During this time we also completely replaced our Zoom HUD system which caused additional delay unfortunately.

    If we will be able to resolve it based on log files, fix might be available for next official release already, but I cannot confirm that, because developers are still working on other things at this time. All I can say is that it is a priority for us at this time, and we are hoping to have it resolved soon.

    ask to the spanish comunity who plays Zoom and yo u will see.....
