Purge and Export don't work

    Default Purge and Export don't work

    I tried to purge my database , it loaded for a while and didn't do anything.Then i created a new database , and tried to export the hands i wanted , in order to import them in the new database.
    However , after 1 hour or so of loading HM didn't actually export anything.

    I tried one more time to export but after more than 1 hour i lost my patience and canceled it , and i got this error (multiple times).

    How much free space do you have on your system/C drive and how big is the database according to the HM2 > Database > Database Info menu? You generally need more than twice as much free space as your database is big according to that menu.

    I see that you have a few different problems according to your HM2 Alert Viewer and I am guessing a few of them are warning you about not enough free space - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+Viewer+System


    Please click on the red/yellow flag icon in the HM2 status bar and check each error message. To solve each problem you will need to click on the blue question mark icon in the Alert Viewer window to be directed to the solution FAQ.

    If you continue to have problems you can try moving the windows temp directories that we use for these database procedures to another drive that has more free space - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...t-working.html


    If you continue to have problems:


    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'DBControlPanel' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

    My database is 10gb and i have 157 free on the drive with HM.

    I assume that drive is not your drive where Windows is installed? It doesn't matter what drive HM is installed on or what drive you are trying to export/backup to, all that matters is how much free space the drive where Windows is installed and/or the Windows Temp directories are located as explained above.

    I have two drives , one has 157 gb free the other one 180 gb , free space is not an issue.

    Then we need you to send the log files with feature logging enabled as explained above.
