    Default HUD ZOOM not working anymore

    hi,

    my HUD ist not working anymore since two days and i have no clue why.its def not one of the obvious problems as i checked everything.
    when i start HM2 i get a message that pokerstars is not saving my HH anymore but the tracker still imports it but not showing it in the HUD.looking for help asap

    Hi,

    - Close HM2 and PokerStars.
    - Please update to the latest internal beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

    Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

    Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables

    Check your C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Temp folder for a file named StarsCommunicator.hm2 and if you see it please delete it.
    If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

    hey,

    first ty for the fast answer.i deleted the file and updated HM2 but it is still not working the alert that pokerstars is not saving HH to my hard drive still appears. if i click yes or no the alert just disappears and nothing happens

    Thank you for the screen shots but we really need to see the logs/files as requested in the zoom FAQ.

    A) Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\StarsHands and C:\StarsTourneys then configure PokerStars to save the hands/results here in their Options > Instant Hand History menu and setup HM2 to Auto Import from here in the Site Setup menu.

    If you continue to have that message show make sure that stars and HM2 are configured to run as administrator:

    - Please close HM2 and Poker Stars.
    - Go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
    - Right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.
    - Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you are already running as admin so there is no need to change anything.
    - Please repeat steps 1-3 for PokerStarsUpdate.exe, holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe and all of the dllhm2 type files on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables

    Note, if you are running Windows 8 compatibility tab is most likely not available for PokerStarsUpdate.exe so alternate steps are: right-click, "Troubleshoot compatibility", click "Troubleshoot program", choose 3rd option "The program requires additional permissions, click next, click "Test program" (PokerStars should run), click next, click "Yes, save these settings for this program".


    B) I see that you have a few different problems according to your HM2 Alert Viewer - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+Viewer+System


    Please click on the red/yellow flag icon in the HM2 status bar and check each error message. To solve each problem you will need to click on the blue question mark icon in the Alert Viewer window to be directed to the solution FAQ.


    C) If none of that helps: Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu


    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    well i set up new folders and HUD is working but i still get that message that pokerstars is not saving the history?!

    If you have multiple Stars installations, or folders in c:\users\username\appdata\local, uninstall and remove the folders for any you do not play. This can cause the message to show, since some of them are not set to save.
