    Default HUD not working on ZOOM Tables

    Am I the only one who is experiencing again problems with the HUD on ZOOM tables?

    Was working until yesterday. Today "Waiting for hands".
    On non Zoom tables the HUD is working.
    In the database the hands are available immediately so the import is working.
    HUD stats are also correctly displayed in the replayer.

    I have the same behavior on both computers where the HM licenses are activated! So this is definitely not because of a computer problem!

    By the way:
    - Latest HM version is installed
    - HM is started before the pokerstars client

    I am experiencing the same thing and have no idea what to do. Please fix the issue.

    We need HUD reports and the files sent as the end of the Zoom FAQ says.

    Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

    Strange, for me it's working again today.

    On one laptop I didn't do anything. Was simply working again this morning.
    On the other one (where the Holdem Manager crashed yesterday once during the startup) I reinstalled HM and now it's ok

    Please close HM2, download this ZIP,

    and unzip (replace existing) it to this folder
    C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Roaming\Holdem Manager\config\
    (instead of {Username} type Windows user name)

    As previously communicated in emails, alerts, and forum posts, there will be no future updates or support for HM2. Stars subsequently released an update that changed Zoom tables and antes. This has resulted in the hands not importing and the HUD not displaying on those tables for HM2 users. Because HM2 is no longer supported, we suggest that you upgrade to HM3 which has a fix for this in our latest HM3 version.
