Import from folder work - Auto Import & Hud dont

    Default Import from folder work - Auto Import & Hud dont

    Been using HEM 1 for almost 5 years and its the first time this happen.

    When i select to import from a specific folder, my hands import no problems.
    But when i select Auto import from many folders, it dont.

    My table manager open when i play (and show correct table name) but the hud doesnt appear and table manager stats doesnt updates.

    Ive also noted that the majority of my hands got the <file name too long error> i guess thats why maybe HEM 1 cant import? im unable to change the name of them since it keep saying the same thing.

    Could someone help me please as i really rely on my hud/hem for my work.

    P.S: Ive also noticed that my hands saving option in FTP is fine (english and on) but when i go into the folder of my hands, i see no files there... what is going on

    FTP updated their Hand History format this summer after our final HM1 release.

    We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...mmon+Questions

    Please update to the latest/final version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...se_1.14.02.exe

    Setup HM1 and your poker client exe files to run as administrator - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...7+%26+Vista%29


    If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.
