    Default HUD not updating on Microgaming

    I've started playing on StanJames and my HUD routinely stops updating and when a player leaves and a new player takes the seat the previous player's HUD will remain. Occasionally when joining a new table the HUD never appears at all, it just waits for hands forever.

    The only workaround i've found is stop and restart the HUD because that's pretty annoying since I have to do it a dozen times each session. The same HUD works flawlessly on Stars FWIW.

    Uncheck "Include Subfolders" in the Site Setup Auto Import Folder settings.


    Move the gamehistory.dat file from the poker client folder to your \hm2archive folder and import it via Import From File(s).


    Try a new session.


    If you continue to have problems:

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu


    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and zip/attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F


    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    Email has been sent will all the files. Will send a HUD report later as i didn't realise you had to do it during the session.

    HUD Report isn't as important as the other files (as they basically contain all the same information but separated in multiple files) but we need all of the files sent immediately after a session where you reproduced the problem.

    Please see our email. This might be caused by the Overhang setting. Go to HUD Settings - General Settings - Common Settings - Overhang and set that to 0.

    Have responded to the email with additional logs and gamehistory, Overhang was already set to 0.

    Same issue here. Also does not seem to be archiving properly since i formatted my pc. I have removed and added the site setup info etc and set the firewall/anti virus settings as recommended. Any ideas?

    Are you playing with active session enabled?
