    Exclamation HUD Stop autoimporting hands

    Since the last forced upgrade to PS Client 7, my HUD has stopped autoimporting hands. So I have no information whatsoever on my opponents when playing tournaments.

    First it only happens on some tournaments, and now it is happening on every tourney/SnG I play.

    I checked everything, HH are saved to my local HDD and in English language for the PS Client, the folders are correctly configured (and autodetected) in HM2.

    The clock in correctly configured and shows the same date/time that is saved in the HH file.

    I have the latest version of HM2 and running as admin on windows 8.1

    Any ideas on what could be happening?

    We need to see logs/files to be able to determine what is causing your problems.

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu


    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and zip/attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F


    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    Hello, after I made the changes on the HH folder location, HUD is working properly on cash games, but not in tournaments. HUD is still "waiting for hands". If I check my active sessions tab, i can see that HM is actually reading the HH file and when i click refresh I see the hands played. But still the HUD is waiting for hands.

    If I use table finder I see the hud there and is working properly, but no in the actual table.

    I have multiple confirmations that the table finder works on the billionth tourney. It looks like you dropped/attached the target to the table finder window instead of the table itself. Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F

    Thanks! I can see the hud now. However why it was not detected automatically? I tried a few sping & go matches and HUD did worked.

    EDIT: It looks like this issue i happenning only with the billion tourney.

    Sunday millon and sunday storm are working fine with the hud

    Yes, this tournament needed the table finder. If you have any trouble on future tables, please use the hud report.
