I read somewhere (and I can't remember where) that there is a program to easy create badge by yourself..Can someone please tell me the name of the program?
I'm trying to create with paint, but it's very difficult.

Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing
GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program
Both programs are freeware. Probably paint.net is the best choice for you as it's quite easy to get started with it.

You just need to make a 16 pixel X 16 pixel image in .gif or .png format
Given the limited size of the badge it's important to keep the image very simple [such as a £ sign] with distinctive colours [no point in more than 2 or 3 colours]
If I were making badges...
Search for something suitably simple in Google Image search [any image file type]
Download & save
Open in paint.net [link in above post] or even just the Windows Paint program [although I find paint.net easier because I know it I suppose]
Crop image to a square area of interest
Resize to 16x16 pixels
Adjust colours to only 2 or 3 striking colours
Save as .png
I think there's a resource** with 400[?] badges already made - why not use some of those?
** If it exists I can't find it at the moment

Around posts 7 & 8 you'll see links to download hundreds of ready made badges in a .rar or .zip file
You could use them as is or adapt ones that are close to your needs - why reinvent the wheel?
