HUD not working with tournaments on Stars, but works perfectly with Zoom

Hi guys,

As the title says, my hud doesn't work with tournaments or SNG's, but it works perfectly with zoom.
I use Pokerstars 7 and 6, but it doesn't make a difference.
The tournaments hands are imported by HEM, but no hud.
As I open the table-finder, the tables do appear but I can't get the HUD running.

Set the PokerStars lobby language to English.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Hi Pat,

I'm lost now, cause since today my hud also stopped working with the zoom tables (there was a Stars update today, but rolling back to 6 doesn't fix it either).

- I'm running Win 7 with the last updates and have the latest .net framework updates as well
- I have no anti virussoftware
- I disabled Windows Firewall, but made exceptions for the files anyway
- All my essential files are running as admin
- I have UAC turned off
- Stars languade is English
- Hands are still imported and appear correctly in reports

But no hud on zoom (since today) and tournament tables

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.
