When clicking on the buy now button I only see the option to buy the pro, small stakes, and pro combo. Do I have the ability to buy a small stakes combo or do I have to buy them separately?

When clicking on the buy now button I only see the option to buy the pro, small stakes, and pro combo. Do I have the ability to buy a small stakes combo or do I have to buy them separately?
You have to buy the small stakes versions separately to get access to both game types.
