Our data center's internet carrier was having a network issue affecting traffic on the Level3 (which is one of the major internet backbones and our data center) network from some sources. We received recovery alerts approximately 7 hours ago and have not received any new reports of problems from customers since that time.
If you have not already done so please try running Holdem Manager again.

If the suggested fixes on the above FAQ do not solve your registration issue, or you can not access the FAQ due to the internet issues, please enable the 'Licensing' Feature Logging from Start > All Programs > Holdem Manager 2 > Holdem Manager with Logging and send us the log.txt file from C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.
