Did you make sure that Stars is set to save them there?

Did you set that folder in the Site Setup?

Please send a screenshot of the Stars hand history folder in options, the site setup screen for HM2 for Stars, and the open folder where Stars is set to save to.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)

    Hi

I have converted over to the UK pokerstars and changed my folder imports. Now my hub keeps coming and going on the table every 5 seconds.

Could you please let me know my issue?

That sounds like a graphics issue.

If you're seeing this issue in most cases its a graphics card issue

1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
    2 - Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver
3 - Enable desktop composition - Enable or Disable Desktop Composition ~ Windows 7 Support

The following solutions have also proved to be helpful in resolving this although these are usually isolated issues
1 - Set desktop to a non-aero theme - Disable Aero on Windows 7 or Vista (or Windows 8.x, Sorta)
2 - Update Logitech Setpoint - SetPoint - Logitech Support

.net corruption can also cause it. Sometimes the .net framework installation can become corrupt. This can cause several problems including freezes on startup, registration issues, crashes and more. The following FAQ walks you through safely uninstalling .net framework and reinstalling it again - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...p+Instructions

I have downloaded a new graphics driver. Just to note my HM2 has been running fine since i bought it which is over 3 months ago. It has just started doing the flicking in the last couple of days.

    Any other solutions?

    Thanks

[1] What about the other things Chris has suggested you try? Report back on each of those please!

[2] The PokerStars UK software turns up in a new folder - the same for in App data. Have you set up exceptions to those locations in your AV? What is your AV?

[3] What PokerStars game types have you tried this HUD on - did they all flicker?

[4] You use Notecaddy. Try a test HUD without Notecaddy & see if there's a difference.

    also:

This might be caused by the Overhang setting. Go to HUD Settings - General Settings - Common Settings - Overhang and set that to 0.
