What version do you have, you need to make sure you have the latest, 2.3.191 to find out what version you have open TN2 and it will say it in the Title bar at the top if you don't have that version then go to the setup tab > enable "I want beta updates" then restart TN2.

Please explain in more detail the exact steps you are doing and if it is just not entering the correct bet or is it that the table is not active and when you make it active the bet changes?

The players countries not popping up when its your action still hasn't been resolved?

i went back to ps6 for the last 2 months because of this issue and now ps7 is being forced on us in the near future.

Would of thought this would of been resolved by now if its my setting or something am looking for some help please.

As of today pokerstars 6 is discontinued for UK based players. I posted about this bug 2 months ago and its still not been resolved?

Seems pretty poor service for a subscription based service.

Are you referring to the bug with hovering player info? If so this is fixed in 2.4.47, and regards PS.uk this should also work.

Go to c:\program files (x86)\Pokerstars
and rename the following
Uninstall Pokerstars
to
Uninstall Pokerstars.uk

if you still have problems Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

I updated to the latest version renamed the folder and still wasn't working. I just sent the log files and desktop screen shot. Please make this a priority as PS6 will be discontinued at the next software update and i need to identify all the brazilians!

I replied to your email it seemed you did not have the following enabled "Don't click I'm back/Timebank on hovered table" you need this to be enabled for it to work.
