We are planning to completely re-work the HM Sync feature using code from our new HM Cloud application but I don't have an ETA for when this will be implemented and I am not sure if what you are suggesting is planned or possible.
You can periodically use the backup/restore feature for just the [x] Player Notes with the [x] Skip Database option enabled but this has a feature that you may not like that adds a pre-fix to the 'restored notes' so you can know which notes are restored vs written in the active machine/database as this was intended for restoring old notes from an old database and not for syncing notes regularly.
The suggestion of using the backup/restore feature sounds good. I'll try it when I get home. Thank you!
