Help upgrading from TN2 Stars only to TN2 Full version

    Default Help upgrading from TN2 Stars only to TN2 Full version

    Hey guys,

    Title says it all.

    I need some help.

    I previously owned the stars only version of TN2.

    Today I purchased TN2 full version (for other sites as well, like ftp). I can`t find where to put my code in.

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it just automatically goes back to the stars only code I have.

    I also tried resetting all profiles on the `my account`page and got a message `there was a problem retrieving the xml data`.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Hi Apo1992

    You need to go to the setup tab in TN2, click on Beta/config > upgrade license

    Once you enter the Pro all sites code you will need to click on activate now and this will prompt you to restart TN2 click yes, after restarting it will now recognize the Pro code.

    Let me know if you still have problems.

    Thank you, I've now got that sorted out.


    I've run into one other problem though.

    That is that my TN2 seems to be working fine except for my bet sizing buttons.

    I.e. I can call/fold/bet/raise using my hotkeys but cannot get the bet slider to increase to my % pot using the hotkeys. (It's still currently working on stars)

    What site is this happening on? I assume you have the latest build 2.3.173?

    Yup, I'm on 2.3.173.0

    It's occurring on ftp. All the buttons are working on stars.

    Thanks once we investigate the issue we will get back to you, in the mean time if you wish to downgrade you can do so by doing the following:

    Please note that in order for this version not to auto update to the latest, you need to modify c:\users\<yourusername>\appdata\roaming\tableninja .v2\keys_user.txt, and add the following line:
    auto_update=0

    You will need to uninstall TN2 and then reinstall the version above.
