HUD not showing up on WPN MTT tables when observing

Over the past couple days my HM2 has not been showing up on MTTs that I am observing. It used to show up on observing tables just fine? I upgraded to the new build (one released on 10/31) and am still experiencing the issue.

Can anyone think of what may be wrong?

P.S. - It shows up in Table Finder on the Active Session tab, but not on the table HUD itself. It just says Waiting for hands...

WPN stopped writing observed hands to disc in their last update. This has nothing to do with HM2. If they don't write the hands we can't import them. They were the last site that we support that was still writing observed hands so they did this to fall in line with the industry standard.
