Development tasks are prioritized by number of customers affected and severity of the issues they cause. Issues that prevent hands importing at all or the HUD from working are always higher priority as are issues caused by site/network updates (which there have been a lot of the past year). I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.
right? Geez these guys they are to busy changing some interface to sell it to you as HM3 and rip you off again...

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.
When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Hi Chris, i've been playing stt ko since last month, i never had a single problem, everything perfect, but a few hours ago i just played 7 tournaments and it tracked them very wrong, i lost 57 bucks and it says that i won 383 lol, how can i fix this, i mean its a new error, only new thing i remember is that pokerstars crashed some how, something with the user file, so i had to reinstall it and did set up the importing files correctly, so idk what is going on.
Is this Knockout tournament result issue going to be solved ever? I have this problem with my HM2 when playing at pokerstars. It show way too big net winnings.
