When you contacted support for the coaching pack, what was their reply? They can forward you the email or get it sorted in some way very quickly. I am very surprised they didn't do that in this case.

They told me to update my coaching package via "download latest notecaddy coaching package version". After this didnt work I wrote them like 20hours ago, but no reply so far..
If you didn't get a reply yet please email your HM2 license code to support@notecaddy.com and I will forward you the URL from where you can download the packs you own.
