cant align hud

Hi I've had this problem for a long time.

I have windows vista/ PartyPoker
I've read the FAQ, I've uninstalled and deleted the rvg software folder and reinstalled many times.

I've installed the latest version as well.

what happens is when i try to align my hud i get this pink boundary and to move it i can only click on either of the 4 edges and it'll move in that direction once and if i reclick it it'll move back.

I really dont know what to do now.

You don't need to use the "Mucked Card and Alignment Edit Mode" to move your HUDs panels. Just right click it and drag it when you are playing.

If you can't move your HUDs, be sure "Lock the Layout" is not checked in "HUD Options => Table Preferences".
