hm2 wont import hands automatically nor manually but hud still works fine

I can see the hh files from pokerstars ar ein the expected folder in appdata/....

it will say there is an import going on when i try to do it manually but all the numbers willl be at 0 hands out of 0 and there will be no status bar

Manually move the all the handhistory .txt files to a different folder.
Then run a import on them (Hand Importing--> Import Folder)

If that doesn't resolve it, try reimporting them into a new empty database.

i tried manually importing a hh file from a new location it didnt work

i tried creating a new database and importing that hh file and it didnt work as well

i was already up to date to the latest version

Despite there being 0 hands out of 0 and with no status bar, can you see the hands in Reports?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

windows 7 i use malwhare bytes (it was closed tho) window firewall is inactive its all real money nothing played on eu, its all fultil and pokerstars.com

I did perform a malware scan recently maybe that casued it?

yesterday for a short period i was importing hands succesful after installing pt4 and succesfully importing hands there.

ok so i think the problem was ther was a hh that hm2 didnt like the format of but pt4 was fine with it so it cleared it for hm2 to keep working, its fixed now.

It's possible a hand can corrupt the database.

A new database initially didn't fix your issue, but it's resolved now?
