"Note recipient", "NOT note recipient" question

Please, help me to understand this.

For example, i want to make a note about river donkbets. So i've created action sequences in preflop (raise 1st), flop (cbet), turn (cbet) and river (donkbet) tabs. Note is working correctly, but there's one question: should i mark in every tab "note recipient" and "not note recipient".

Should i define at flop/turn tab that player, which one cbets, is not note recipient?

If it matters whether it's specifically not the note recipient then you should mark it. In this case it appears it does matter. Times not to mark it are, for example, 4bet stats where it doesn't matter if the guy doing the 4bet did the open raise.
