Several months ago we moved to a new licensing server. On the 7th October from 12pm CT we will begin turning it off. So long as you have the newest version you will automatically switch to our new licensing system. If you experience license issues, the first thing you need to do is to update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Update.exe
If you were on the old licensing server, just updating should automatically fix it. If you still experience issues after updating, then you have a separate unrelated licensing issue.
